Démos – A large showroom and cozy store in one
We faced a difficult task at the Démos store – to create a unique modern space combining the needs of B2B and B2C customers. To combine a large showroom and a store for end customers. Both groups have their own specific characteristics, and neither should feel neglected or disadvantaged. So we started by creating a clear customer journey for both groups, which was also the main focus of the entire redesign.
