Step-by-step store implementation

Opening a store is no easy task, whether it's a modernized branch or a completely new store. It takes a lot of work and planning. The basis of a successful and profitable store is a well-thought-out interior design and its high-quality execution. And what does the creation of such a foundation look like in practice? Let's take a look.

Functional design is based on solid data. Even before the first draft, it is necessary to analyze the existing solution. We usually conduct marketing research in the existing store, using a targeted questionnaire to obtain valuable feedback from your customers. In addition to the survey, we work with the client to set goals for the new design—higher sales, more customers, a more modern look, etc. If you are planning to open your first store, we will work with you to define your target customer, the services you provide, and your goals without conducting a survey. You can find the basic questions we will ask you here.

Based on an analysis of the existing solution and the knowledge gained, our designer will develop a store layout – i.e., the layout of the space. We will then present the interior design in a 3D program to give the client a better idea. We consult with the client throughout the entire process and keep them informed. When designing, we strive to reflect the identity of the brand.

Once the final design has been approved by our client, it is time for production, which takes place just a few steps away from the designer's office – right in our own production hall. This makes it easier for us to make adjustments to the production and design. Before starting mass production, we create a prototype of the store's equipment. We build the entire store in our 1,000-square-foot testing facility. We are the only company in the Czech Republic capable of building a fully functional store directly in our production hall. This allows the client to walk through the store and try it out as a customer. Thanks to this, we can fine-tune all material and production details, and the client knows what they are buying. In addition, they can see what impressions and emotions the store evokes in customers.

In most cases, structural modifications are needed in the client's premises to comply with legal standards for operating a store. Thanks to our own construction division, MORIS construction, we provide clients with complete construction work from design to complete installation, whether it be the installation of ventilation, plumbing, electrical wiring, or laying tiles or complete painting. We also act as the general contractor for many construction projects.

We deliver the furniture we manufacture to the site and take care of its professional installation, including branding, connecting illuminated advertising, and window decals. In addition, our clients can use our facility management service for equipment maintenance and any repairs or replacement of damaged parts throughout the store's operation. We deliver a ready-made store to the client, who only needs to bring in the merchandise.
