THE LARGEST CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN THE HISTORY OF MORIS construction IS ABOUT TO START!
On May 7, 2025, we ceremoniously launched the construction of the Náves 3 project in Smrkovice, where 29 modern three-story family houses will be built.
As the general contractor, MORIS construction is responsible for the entire construction process – from the green field and foundations to the detailed finishing of the interiors.
We build smartly and sustainably – we use prefabricated wall panels with a wooden structure, which arrive at the construction site ready-made. This innovative system speeds up construction, increases quality, and reduces the carbon footprint.
The construction was personally launched by Adam Klofáč on behalf of MORIS design and Marek Jelínek on behalf of DFG Real Estate.
