We are conquering European retail thanks to our creative concept
Bulgarian retail has seen what a functional creative concept can look like, which we created for the European player Sportisimo. Moris design is ensuring the gradual revitalization of some sports equipment stores. In Sofia, Bulgaria, we also started with an analysis that helped us to correctly define customer needs and effectively plan the layout of elements that we adapt to each country. Our concept aimed not only to offer a wide selection of sports products, but also to attract customers and keep them constantly engaged. Of course, every market is different, but emotions are the same at a certain stage of the purchase and must come first. Creatives, designers, graphic designers, technologists, engineers, and, of course, the entire production team, who deserve a big thank you, were involved in the entire development process.
The clarity of the products, but also the certain aggressiveness of the concept we have set up, only underscore the functionality of the entire concept. We have already applied the Sportisimo store transformation to the Czech market, where we literally transformed the store in Prague's Palladium, as there were practically bare walls here before the transformation began.
Our new elements (the arrow symbol or "gateways to worlds") have given Sportisimo a new dynamic face. In addition to remote navigation to categories, the gateways to worlds effectively highlight the selected portfolio and very effectively play an emotional game with the customer on site, thanks to the visual being tilted towards the customer.
Our journey was challenging but successful, and the result of the functional concept is clear proof of this. A properly set strategy and creativity are our main distinguishing features, and in combination with an interesting client such as Sportisimo, everything goes much more smoothly. And because we really like Bulgarian retail, we believe that this will not be our last visit here.
