We are giving O2 branches a new look!
A completely unusual concept for retail space, a perfect shopping experience, natural movement, and inspiration from technology to discover hidden possibilities—this is the new concept for O2 Future shops, which we created and implemented.
The concept took almost a year to develop and included the construction of a model store in the production hall, where the final design and interior were fine-tuned. The main theme of the concept is the connection between nature and the modern technologies of the future. We achieved this in the interior through the abundant use of solid wood in combination with innovative design elements (e.g., induction phone charging for customers built into the sales desks for consultants). The completely unusual environment emphasizes ergonomics, functionality, and, above all, flexibility. "We have combined the brand's core values with cozy timelessness and practical modularity," says Adam Klofáč, Project Director, who leads the O2 project at MORIS design.
We achieved the right atmosphere and the necessary emotions by combining materials and a thoughtful play of light. The central parts of the space are always dominated by unique designer lighting fixtures symbolizing a sky full of stars. The combination of lampshades with varying intensities of lighting in individual areas of the store has a positive effect on mood and creates overall harmony in the perception of space. Live greenery brings calm, originality, and a natural character to the interior.
The thirteenth O2 Future Shop branch opened in April. In Prague, you can visit the new concept at OC Harfa, Oasis Florenc, or Galerie Butovice, as well as at OC Breda in Opava and in České Budějovice. Gradually, 140 stores throughout the Czech Republic will be given a new look.
