WE ARE TRANSFORMING THE HISTORIC PRAGOVKA – 5,000 m² of modern fit-out by MORIS design!
In 2024, the MORIS construction team successfully completed more than 5000 m² of fit-out in the unique space of the E Factory building in the Pragovka complex – a historic building that has undergone a complete revitalization into a modern working environment! The project included four key fit-outs: the Pragovka Gallery, Pragovka Art District offices, Artzóna, and the offices of tenant Data Evolution.
As the general contractor, MORIS construction ensured the complete implementation of all trades – from construction work and electrical installations to ventilation, glass partitions, exposed surfaces, and sanitary facilities.
MORIS design, as the furniture supplier, took care of the final look, which perfectly fits the overall style of the space and brings modern design elements to the historic building.
Pragovka has been transformed into a creative and modern hub with an industrial touch, where history meets innovation and modern design blends with historical heritage, creating an inspiring environment for working life.
