Because in our field, it is necessary to be constantly alert and combine a whole range of different areas to achieve a perfect product, we need to constantly find new ways to streamline production and service. We are now succeeding in this thanks to new software that we have developed to meet the needs of our clients. It allows us to accumulate clients' warranty and post-warranty requests, thereby significantly minimizing transportation costs.
The system is very effective and can significantly speed up the processing of client requests even more than before. Clients receive access data to the system, where we always individually set the parameters, rights, and notifications for the functions and milestones that the client wants to approve or be quickly informed about. This individual setting is very flexible, especially for clients who already have a process system in place and cannot change it procedurally. This creates a secondary system that unifies the documents and shares them online with the client, who can work with them effectively. Thanks to this process, communication is fast and error-free for both us and the client.
We are already one of the fastest companies in terms of complete turnkey branch construction. This new operating methodology will give us even more time and energy, which we will be able to use to fulfill other client requirements or to develop other elements of a given order. We have already received positive feedback on the software from both our employees and management, who have tried out the order process with this system themselves, and the system has now been in use for over two years with major clients such as TETA drugstores, O2 Czech Republic, Dermacol, Gabriella Salvete, and Trafficon. This gives us great promise for the future and hope for further rapid growth of our brand.
