About the project
MORIS construction carried out a complete fit-out of 500 m² of office space for AstraZeneca in the Nivy Tower high-rise building in Bratislava. The project involved comprehensive interior construction work, which our Slovak team completed in four months as the general contractor. The project also involved specialized professions – electrical installations, ventilation, cooling, measurement and control (MaR), and electric fire alarm systems (EPS).
Nivy Tower is one of the most modern office buildings on the Slovak market, known for its technological innovations and emphasis on a healthy working environment. The premises are equipped with CO₂ sensors, air quality filters, fresh air supply control, and smart features accessible via a mobile app. The fit-out by MORIS construction meets the high standards of the building and the client's requirements for a functional and representative working environment.
