About the project
The newly opened Form Factory Kolbenka fitness club is a modern industrial space that preserves the authentic character of the original building, offering visitors a fully functional and inspiring environment for training. The club combines high ceilings, steel structures, and natural light from the upper windows, creating an open and dynamic space suitable for demanding fitness activities.
The new concept includes an extensive functional zone, a hall for group lessons, a cardio zone on the new floor, a sauna, and other additional services. MORIS design participated in the production of the interior and harmonization of the space with the Form Factory brand, while MORIS construction provided the complete general supply of the fit-out.
A striking feature of the space is the combination of industrial architecture with modern design—the new floor with the cardio zone was sensitively designed to meet technical requirements, structural stability, and aesthetic continuity throughout the space.
The project was technically demanding, requiring precise detailing and an emphasis on long-term functionality. Collaboration with the Form Factory Fitness Clubs team made it possible to create a space that is not only modern and visually striking, but also preserves the authentic industrial character of the building.
