About the project
Renovation while remaining fully operational? No problem for the MORIS construction team. In Mělník, we completely modernized the Kaufland Česká republika v.o.s. store covering an area of 3,500 m² – in just three months, without interrupting operations.
The project included a complete transformation of the sales area, a new modern facade, renovation of the staff facilities, new floors, and LED lighting. The bakery and delicatessen section were also modernized, using interior elements from MORIS design's own production.
The entire project was led by our construction division, MORIS construction, under the leadership of Robert Melichar. The project required precise planning, thorough coordination across professions, and a high degree of flexibility so that customers could shop without restrictions throughout the renovation.
The result is a modern, fresh, and functional store that meets the current standards of the Kaufland brand and provides a more pleasant environment for both customers and employees.
