About the project
MORIS design created a new Discover store for Lagardère Travel Retail right in the Hradčanské nádvoří courtyard of Prague Castle. This project is MORIS design's first in the Prague Castle complex and offers a unique combination of a historic setting and a modern commercial concept.
The souvenir shop is designed using natural materials with an emphasis on authenticity and high-quality workmanship. The dominant feature of the interior is solid wood, which enhances the atmosphere of the space and blends harmoniously into the surroundings of one of the most visited monuments in the Czech Republic. The result is an elegant, tastefully designed shop that offers visitors to Prague Castle a pleasant environment for purchasing original souvenirs under the Discover brand, which is represented in more than ten European countries.
