About the project
In Germany, we implemented a project that involved creating islands for LG in several locations, including Munich, Forchheim, Dachau, Fürstenfeldbruck, Gersthofen, Rostock, Gräfelfing, Celle, Augsburg, Lüdenscheid, Soest, and Menden. Each island was designed with the specific needs of the location in mind, contributing to the individuality and effectiveness of the entire project.
We designed the islands to not only meet customer expectations, but also to bring elements that take the aesthetics and practicality of furniture to a new level.
A key element of this innovative concept is the use of a strong magnet on the metal sheets, which allows for easy rebranding. This technology not only facilitates design changes, but also has a positive impact on sustainability and production economics. Only part of the island needs to be replaced, which is not only cost-effective but also environmentally friendly.
Another interesting feature is the ability to adjust the height of the totems with various controls and add warm lighting (low level lighting). This flexibility enhances the aesthetics of the space and also improves the practicality of the furniture. The adjustable height allows for customization according to specific needs, while the warm lighting contributes to a pleasant atmosphere.
