Lobby Food Court - Prague, Florenc

Food & Tobacco2016

About the project

The client owns the premises of the new ČSAD bus station in Prague's Florenc district, which serves customers as a place to rest and refresh themselves while traveling by public transport. MORIS design's task was to create a new concept to raise the profile of the fast food brand, which the client operates here as a franchise. The appearance of the refreshment hall no longer met modern fast food standards, and customers did not find it a pleasant environment.

The long-term goals of the investment in the lobby renovation are to improve the overall image of the space around the restaurant, promote the brand, and thereby increase impulse sales.

The proposed design of the hall's furniture ensures complete comfort for visitors, who can take advantage of easy access to the electrical network for charging small appliances such as phones, tablets, or laptops. This allows visitors not only to consume food from the operator's rich offer, but also to work or meet for personal or business meetings over coffee.

The solution we have designed is also a simple modular system that allows for easy assembly and disassembly of the wall and its relocation according to the changing needs of the customer.
