About the project
MORIS construction and MORIS design jointly implemented the new Martinus bookstore space in the OC Mirage shopping center in Žilina. The project combines modern architecture with the unique corporate culture of the brand, which is known for its innovative approach to retail and emphasis on customer experience. The store also includes a café, which creates a natural place for relaxation and meeting people.
The project included complete construction work, interior design, and the supply of furniture and equipment. The result is an original space that is eye-catching both from the shopping center arcade and from Andrej Hlinka Square. A characteristic feature of the interior is the ingenious combination of wood, library elements, and open space, which promotes a feeling of naturalness and inspiration.
The project was carried out in close cooperation with the Martinus team, which provided clear architectural and operational specifications. Thanks to the precise coordination of all professions and attention to detail, a bookstore was created that combines commerce, community, and culture into one harmonious whole.
