O2 - Training Center

About the project

The unique training center for O2 employees underwent a complete modernization, during which we implemented the space according to the design of the architectural studio room411.architects, including the production of atypical interior elements designed by them. The concept offers new spaces for education, for example in the field of audiovisual technologies. This is made possible by soundproof booths for recording clear audio, thanks to acoustic foam partitions that reduce ambient noise.

Visitors are greeted at the entrance by a stylish illuminated O2 LED logo. The hallway is lined with five metal structures for poster placement. These can be easily attached and replaced as needed thanks to copper clips. The client can thus adapt the appearance of the space to their current needs. We equipped the training room with a wall board with two sliding parts – a magnetic board and a pinboard. The base of the board is a whiteboard for writing with markers. This allows the lecturer to take full advantage of the flexibility of this element.

As part of the new concept, the common areas have also been expanded. The new kitchenette makes better use of the entire space, providing employees with more room for refreshments. The light-colored countertop of the kitchen island and the light-colored cabinets contrast cleverly with the dark cabinets and base of the island. This contrast emphasizes the overall modernity of the room. We fitted the original corner sofa with new upholstery made of sturdy fabric, thereby revitalizing the entire seating area.

The industrial design is complemented by metal ceiling structures and minimalist shelving with flower pot holders. These black and gray metal elements are fitted with green plants, which naturally brighten up the space. Among other things, the ceiling structures are equipped with acoustic panels to support room soundproofing. All these elements create an inspiring and pleasant space for further development and education of employees.
