About the project

A unique concept for PIKITO offers a new service for e-shops on the Czech market. The interior of the store consists of shelves and gondolas, which, thanks to their clean design, can be easily adapted to any brand and allow the diverse assortment to stand out. Their layout has created a total of twelve sales units. These provide the perfect sales space and branding, while the costs of facilities, storage, and staff are shared among the retailers.

The separate sales units are located around the perimeter of the store. We have supplemented each unit with two T-boards. Illuminated advertising thus allows brands to highlight their position in the store. In addition, customers can see at a glance where and what brands they will find right at the entrance, which helps them find their way around the store. Each brand can also fully customize its unit with its own promotional materials and branding.

The entire store also functions as a pick-up point. There is an island with two panels in the aisle. Customers can find their order on a touch screen and pay for it directly using the attached terminal. Shoppers can see the order of deliveries clearly on the screens next to the panels and at the cash registers. The island also includes a waiting area with three benches and mirrors at the bottom for trying on shoes. There are also fitting rooms in the store for clothing e-shops.

Thanks to this concept, online stores can fully work with customer emotions and take full advantage of in-store marketing. In physical stores, especially when waiting at the pickup point, shoppers are more likely to make impulse purchases. Thanks to the narrowed selection and diversity of the assortment, the customer's attention does not wane, and the products and advertising messages on offer are more likely to appeal to them.
