About the project
History brought to life in a modern concept. In 2024, the MORIS construction team completed more than 5,000 m² of fit-out work in the iconic E Factory space in the Pragovka complex, which underwent extensive revitalization. The original industrial building was transformed into a modern, creative, and inspiring work environment where the past naturally meets the future.
The project consisted of four key parts: the Pragovka Gallery, the Pragovka Art District offices, the Art Zone, and the Data Evolution premises. MORIS construction acted as the general contractor, ensuring the complete implementation of all trades: construction work, electrical installations, ventilation, glass partitions, exposed surfaces, and sanitary facilities.
The final character of the space was complemented by the MORIS design team, which supplied furniture that perfectly matched the industrial style of the entire building. The result is a functional and aesthetically balanced interior where raw materials blend with modern details and custom design.
Thanks to this transformation, Pragovka has become a lively center of creativity and innovation—a place that honors its industrial heritage while meeting the demands of a modern working environment.
