About the project
Part of the modernization included more effective signage in the passageway, guiding potential customers directly to the store. Right at the entrance, they quickly get a basic overview of the location of individual product categories, which are indicated by improved customer guidance. Thanks to clear signage, customers are shown the way and intuitively guided through the entire store. This removes all the stress caused by potential chaos from the shopping experience, leaving only a pleasant shopping experience.
When designing store interiors, we always consider high-quality in-store communication. With our educational elements, we can provide customers with complete independence in their choice of goods. Digital technology located throughout the store is then used by customers to navigate and search for goods. This allows staff to focus more on running the store or providing more professional advice without being distracted by additional questions.
We have added new lighting to the store, which enhances the pleasant atmosphere of the entire interior. When working on an area of 1,252 m², there is no room for error. That is why, after detailed planning of the entire redesign, we paid particular attention to the correctness of each step and the quality of the individual tasks.
Shortly after the store opened, our client saw an increase in sales and excellent feedback from its customers. Our concept, combining long-term modern design and customer experience, has once again proven itself and contributed to an overall increase in store standards.
