About the project

We are continuing the successful rebranding of Super Zoo stores, where we are working with a unique emotional experience in every direction. The fact that the concept is very successful is confirmed by the fact that Super Zoo's sales have grown by an impressive 27% year-on-year thanks to the new rebranding. Together with the Super Zoo team, we have created this functional concept, which is truly unique on the market.

The shopping and customer journey is interwoven with educational graphics for each product range. "Don't forget to make them happy and buy them something to eat," proclaims a sign in the dog treats section. There are many such emotional graphics in the store. The same materials, navigation, and overall design are used in all stores so that customers can find their favorite products in the same place. Great emphasis was placed on clarity, quick orientation in the store, the visual identity of the SUPER ZOO brand, and the gradual intensification of emotions, which culminates at the sales counters where treats for pets are displayed. The customer journey is thus very emotionally powerful. Thanks to excellent communication with the Super Zoo team, we were able to think everything through together down to the smallest detail, and this is reflected in the fantastic result of increased sales.

Thanks to our construction division, MORIS construction, we were able to renovate and practically transform the entire store in Mladá Boleslav in the CityMarket Na Radouči premises and in many other cities throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia so that it was ready for the installation of all retail elements. Our construction division, which operates across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania, saves customers not only time but also considerable financial resources, as we provide comprehensive services from design, complete construction projects, and construction work to installation.
