About the project
A timeless space combining functionality, emotion, and elements presenting the company's values. This is how the new interior of the ZooDom store could be characterized. It was created based on an analysis of the previous store design, which allowed us to adapt the concept to the wishes of customers. Comfort and clarity thus became important factors.
We supported orientation in the store with informational graphics and educational elements from our signmaking workshop. Large signs depicting individual pets clearly show customers where to find supplies for cats, dogs, parrots, or fish. The layout of the store is thus immediately apparent to customers upon entering. The subcategories of the product range for individual animals are then clearly marked on the shelves. The ingenious arrangement of gondolas, sales stands, and shelves then gently guides the customer through the entire store.
The customer journey is interspersed with "fun" elements that focus on the customer's emotions and turn an ordinary purchase into an extraordinary experience. To achieve this, we used live animals in the store and created attractive displays. Emotional graphics also have an impact on customers, culminating at the end of the customer journey – at the checkout, where treats for pets are also available. Using emotional elements, the store interior can evoke pleasant emotions in customers and subsequently convert them into actual purchases.
As the brand grew in size, so did its social responsibility. The store design allows social responsibility projects to be presented directly in the store. A striking component is the charity collection baskets for homeless animals, complemented by an information board with animals available for adoption.
The entire interior design of the store thus focused not only on functionality and increasing sales, but above all on the brand's identity and values.
